– How Ontario Cities Can Quit Gas – Thur. July 27, noon ET – Join local environmental organizations from across Ontario as we explore how municipalities can quit gas and respond to the provincial government’s energy plans. Register here.

– We held a townhall on July 12: Say NO to the expansion of the Portlands Gas Plant on Toronto’s Waterfront. 100 people came in person and another 130 watched the livestream. If you missed or want to watch it, here is the recording. Watch City TV’s coverage of the townhall here.

– We’re calling on the feds to enact strong Clean Electricity Regulations that will put a stop Ontario’s climate-destructive gas plan. Send your message to Federal Environment Minister Guilbeault here.

– See our Portlands gas leaflet here. They’re designed to hang outside mailboxes, and they’re free. Please order them here – leaflet your street, neighbourhood, local café etc. I’ll mail them to you.
