Ironic how Health Minister Jones, the Ford government and MPP Saunderson choose the timing to bribe the local residents of Simcoe County with a much-needed MRI machine.

This comes on the heels of the government ramming through recent legislation of Bill 23 which is detrimental to our protected lands within the province and only serves to benefit the premier’s developer friends.

I’m sure the Premier hopes that the good news story of the MRI helps us forget how he has manipulated land development within the province. Hopefully, the voters of Simcoe and Collingwood remember this behaviour at the next provincial election and vote accordingly.
