Previous political experience: Eight years as a councillor, four as Deputy Mayor and four as Mayor. I have also served eight years as a County of Simcoe Councillor. I have sat on and chaired a number of committees over the years such as Chair of the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority, Chair of the County’s Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and Chair of the County’s Regional Government Review Committee.
