Why have you decided to run? I have put my name forward to serve another term as your mayor to ensure the continuation of experience, working relationships with capable staff and the intergovernmental officials necessary to meet these and other challenges. Doing so enables others to gain the necessary experience for the transition needed for the role of mayor. The only other person putting his name forward experience is limited to being councillor for one term.
