Previous political experience: I have worked tirelessly over the last four years for our Town as a Councillor, Chair of the Development and Operations Committee and Vice Chair of the Regional Physician Recruitment Committee. I strongly believe that the little things matter – I have made it a point to always respond immediately to constituents to help resolve their issues.

As a Collingwood resident I have concerns about potential council representation with Chris Baines. While serving on the Committee of Adjustment he disregarded staff and NVCA recommendations based on personal feelings at the cost of a taxpayer in which his decision was later overturned by a provincial tribunal, wasting taxpayers time and money. His decision making is not good governance.
