MTM Conservation Association: Notice of Annual General Meeting

MTM Conservation Association will hold it’s Annual General Meeting at 7:00 pm, on Monday June 20, 2022 at the Tiny Marsh Nature Centre, 500 Tiny-Flos Townline, Elmvale, Ontario.

The eligibility rules for the AGM planned for June 20, 2022 remain the same. MTM annual memberships are valid for a 12-calendar month term from the day that the membership application is approved. Therefore, members in good standing as of March 31st 2022 are eligible to vote at the AGM. These rules do not prevent any members in good standing at the time of the AGM from standing for a director position on the board – even if their membership started after March 31 2022.

MTM has 15 director positions, each being for a three-year term. This year 2 positions are up for election.
