A developer will hold an open house this month regarding plans for the Inch Farm property in Orillia.

LIV Communities and its agent, Corbett Land Strategies, will host the virtual public open house Feb. 22 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

It is seeking a redline revision to the draft approved plan of subdivision and a zoning bylaw amendment application for the property at 4501 Uhthoff Line.

The proposal is to permit the modification of the Inch Farm draft approved plan of subdivision (1993) to exclude the city-owned lands and include 44 detached and 128 attached (townhouse) dwellings for a total of 172 dwelling units.

Also, two common-elements condominium blocks are proposed to accommodate a total of 184 townhouse dwellings.

Overall, the proposed development would result in about 356 dwellings.

People can take part in the open house here.
