The following is part of the agenda of the meeting next Tuesday January 26 of Tiny Township Council. Note the letter from Drs. William Shotyk and Michael Powell outlining the research to be undertaken to determine the science underlying the purity of the water. The debate will be aired live on the township’s YouTube channel.

    Leave my aquifer alone! I depend on my well! NO TO THE TEEDON PIT WATER USEAGE!

    Time after time, and example after example, history provides justification for following the precautionary principle – basically -‘when in doubt, don’t!’ We have plenty of proof that all life on our planet is dependent on water, especially clean water. Unfortunately, local citizens have had many years of growing distrust that even three levels of government are able to protect the quality of our essential resource – water. It looks like citizens must oversee and find ways to overcome!
