This pertains to the Springwater Township Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) matter which the County of Simcoe appealed to LPAT as a result of the Township’s failure to make a decision on its Official Plan and Zoning by-laws to establish the Environmental Resource Recovery Centre (ERRC) in the Freele forest.
