I live on Scarlett Line with my partner Lynne, have one adult son and one grandson.

I hold certificates in Chemical Engineering Techniques and Ecosystem Restoration.

I’ve worked in a variety of environmental and manufacturing industries progressing from lab technician to administration. I was a district manager with Aquarobic Sewage Systems and administrator for the North Simcoe Waste Management Association. From 2002 to 2015 I managed my own ecological restoration consulting business and I continue to manage forest plans part time.
