A bit about myself … my name is Dave Minnema and I am running for councillor to help affect change in Ward 7 and BWG. My wife Ada and I have resided in Ward 7 of BWG for 26 years, we have been married for 33 years and have four adult children. We are proud grandparents to a three-year-old granddaughter named Riley. I have successfully owned and operated my own business for 25 years. I have been involved in our community for many years including coaching minor softball and hockey, refereeing hockey, umpiring softball, scheduling umpires for different leagues, past softball executive, Bradford legion member, Bradford Lions Club supporter, ball team sponsor, and have helped support many different events.
