My name is Sarah Valiquette-Thompson and I am proud to announce that I am running for your Ward 5 councillor position in the 2018 election for Severn Township.
I attended Lakehead University in downtown Orillia 12 years ago, which brought me to this beautiful region full time. After 15+ years of visiting my parent’s cottage in the Washago area, I was delighted that a university was opening in the same region where I could pursue my passion for politics while engaging in some of my favourite hobbies being in nature year round.
