I love Barrie.
19 years ago, my husband Rob and I chose Ward 7 as a safe, affordable place to raise our son, Gary.
The expression, “It takes a village to raise a child” was real for our family, as Barrie’s public schools and abundant community activities enriched our lives, and enabled us to launch Gary into his adulthood.
