TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the County of Simcoe, in its capacity under the County’s Forest Conservation By-law (No. 5635), and pursuant to the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter S.22, will resume deliberations regarding the above noted matter commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2015.

The meeting will be held in the County of Simcoe Council Chambers, County of Simcoe Administration Centre, 1110 Highway 26, Midhurst, Ontario.

THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT of Council’s deliberations is to consider the information presented by affected parties at the April 14, 2015 Hearing together with responses provided by the appellant’s legal counsel to questions raised at the Hearing (attached), and to render a decision regarding the Stop Work Order. Council may lift the stop work order and confirm the permit that has been given with or without conditions, or may lift the stop work order and cancel the permit. No further presentations will be made on May 12, 2015.

ANY PERSON may attend the meeting.
