AWARE Simcoe is saddened by the passing of Beverly Mixemong who, with her son James, was an important member of the Site 41 community.

Obituary

Mixemong, Beverly (Gogho koh kwe of the Loon Clan) passed away at home on Saturday April 4th, 2015 in her 57th year. Beloved wife of Roger Marchand. Loving mother of Andrew and James Brooks. Cherished and passionate grandmother of Jayden Hunter, Damian Nimkii-D’Noodin and Meadow. Sister of Ivan (Sandy), Theresa Vanderstelt, Edward, Wayne, Marilyn, Austin (Kelly), Kim and predeceased by Brian and Andrew “Fudd”. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and her community. If desired, donations to the Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
