Saturday May 3: Midhurst and the Special Rule at AWARE AGM

The AWARE Simcoe Annual General Meeting is coming up!

It will be held on Saturday May 3, 2014 at the Midhurst Community Centre, 74 Doran Road in Midhurst, starting at 10:00 a.m.

Business will include: 

1. Update on the Simcoe County Official Plan (SCOP) OMB hearing.

2. Election of officers.

If any AWARE Simcoe member wishes to nominate a person to the board, please contact Ann Truyens at@iglide.net .

We still need to elect board members for Collingwood, Penetanguishene, Tay, and Wasaga Beach.

Membership:

You can join online or at the meeting. Membership ($20 individual, $30 family) is necessary to vote at the AGM. It also helps support AWARE Simcoe’s watchdog and advocacy functions.

The AGM will be followed by a public meeting on the theme: The Midhurst Secondary Plan & the “Special Rule”
