We defeated the Mega Quarry… for the time being… but there’s nothing to say it can’t happen again 100 times over! Now we need to change the Ontario Aggregate Resources Act to protect our clean water and prime farmland.
The North Dufferin Agricultural Taskforce campaign for Food and Water First will be the topic of an AWARE Simcoe public meeting at Alliston’s Circle Theatre, 19 Victoria St. E., on Saturday May 4 from 9:30 am to noon.
