Protest walk to stope the Deep Geological Repository

Join Save Our Saugeen Shores (SOS) on June 30th, 2012 to protect the Great Lakes from nuclear dump sites!Join SOS for the first PEACEFUL PROTEST WALK* of the summer!
Saturday, June 30th, 2012 at 11 a.m. starting @ The Flagpole In Southampton (rain date, Sunday, 7/1, at 11 a.m.).
*no signs with rude comments, no foul language, SOS wants to keep this classy as they stand firm in theirconvictions to stop the Deep Geologic Repository Process.
Some signs will read “It’s a mistake – near a Great Lake” – “NO” means “NO” – “NO NUKE DUMP”. What will your sign read?
You will be able to:
*WALK with us in a peaceful protest to STOP THE NUKE DUMP from coming to Saugeen Shores
You will also be able to:
*Show council you do not want to go any further in the process of accepting Canada’s high-level nuclear waste
*Sign our petition to stop the nuke dump
*Sign up for SOS membership
*Buy lawn signs and wrist bands
*Get any questions you have answered
*Meet people that want to protect the community and the Great Lakes
