Barrie’s mayor and city councillors are receiving a 2% pay raise this year.
This will increase Mayor Jeff Lehman’s base annual salary to $89,635 and Barrie’s 10 councillors will each receive base salaries of $30,28. The increase amounts to another $1,758 for the mayor and $594 more for each councillor.
