County prepares latest salvo to move into water, wastewater services

The County of Simcoe Water and Wastewater Visioning Strategy puts it on a collision course with its so-called urban growth nodes, including New Tecumseth, and communities like Essa Township, if that ‘vision’ includes the upper tier moving into those areas of municipal jurisdiction.
