Bradford’s trash pick-up costs to rise

Taking out the papers and the trash is poised to cost you more.
At Tuesday’s committee of the whole meeting, council voted to increase the residential waste management levy to $160 per unit. That means homeowners will pay an extra $20, or 2.29 per cent, for waste pick-up this year.
