Property owner seeking ‘anchor’ tenant for property

The redevelopment of a key downtown Barrie property has begun in earnest. The landowner of this vacant Five Points property, site of a fire in 2007, is seeking an anchor tenant for future development, and Mayor Jeff Lehman said the city is ready to help.
