NORTH SIMCOE – ….Topping the list locally is Dr. Russel L. Fleming, psychiatrist-in-chief at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care. He earned $330,223.43 in 2011, about $10,000 less than in 2010. He is one of 72 Waypoint employees with a $100,000-plus salary last year.
