Richard Simpson is worried that he’ll be facing thousands of dollars in unnecessary and expensive costs, while the town gets off the hook. The Innisfil councillor happens to own property that runs through the area affected by the South Innisfil Drain, a nearly .9 kilometre watercourse that includes an additional 2.8 kms in branches.
