Council hears more arguments against recycling plant

MIDLAND – Opposition is still going strong against the development of a recycling plant at 1001 Franke Kindred Rd. Representatives from Friends of Sainte-Marie Among the Hurons and the Midland/Penetanguishene Field Naturalist Club reiterated their concerns about the proposed location during Tuesday’s council meeting.
