New condo project poised to change downtown

A new vision for Barrie is growing momentum as Charles Mady’s plans roll out. No matter how you slice it, with two-thirds of the condominium, offices and retail properties sold or leased, the star about to be born in Barrie’s downtown core will soon bring business, people and prosperity to the new financial district near city hall.
