Ontario gives Simcoe a plan
Midland mayor says flexibility and certainty in growth plan just what municipality needs

SIMCOE COUNTY – When Infrastructure Minister Bob Chiarelli came to Simcoe County on Jan. 19 to guide the region’s growth, he gave the county a plan the province believes will end infighting, create jobs and get construction moving.
