Housing plan back after 17 years

COOKSTOWN — It’s been a long-time in the making — 17 years to be exact — but a small Cookstown housing project is back on track.
The nine-home infill development near George and John Streets was first proposed in 1995, but was put on hold due to water and sewer restrictions.
