Ex-Tory MP Jaffer and business partner broke lobbying rules: watchdog

OTTAWA – Rahim Jaffer’s attempt to build a post-MP business with a local lawyer friend might not have been lucrative but the pair still should have registered as lobbyists, says a parliamentary watchdog.
