Public largely in favour of DEEP project

The scene last Wednesday night at Centre Dufferin Recreation Complex was something of a déjà vu for some Dufferin County councillors present as they heard the same sort of concerns about the proposed Energy From Waste (EFW) facility as they heard about a landfill site in the 1990s.
