Tuesday November 15: “GREENING YOUR HOLIDAYS” public meeting in Midland

Zero Waste Simcoe release November 2 2011 

Zero Waste Simcoe is pleased to host the second of four ‘Zero Waste’ theme meetings this time in Midland in two weeks. Elaine Chapelle and Electa Cousineau of the  Midland EDC/YMCA  will present ideas on zero waste seasonal green gifting.

Zero Waste Simcoe was started in 2008 and works closely with the public and government to further the adoption of Zero Waste principles and practices locally.  

This Zero Waste Simcoe public meeting will be held Tuesday November 15, 7:00 pm at the Midland EDC/YMCA 334 King Street, Unit 1, Midland, ON 

MAP . All ages of interested public are encouraged to attend, there is no charge.

 The film presentation Story of Stuff as narrated by Anne Leonard will be shown. Other ZWS board and members will present green gifting ideas as well.
