BARRIE – Ontario’s Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) has appealed a plan to make Midhurst boom.
The ministry appealed the Midhurst Secondary Plan ¬– which envisions adding 10,000 dwelling units, or 27,000 people to the community over the next 25 years – saying it’s inconsistent with a series of provincial planning directives.
