Vote-by-mail coming back in 2014
The system has improved turnout during the last two municipal elections

When the next municipal election rolls around, residents will once again be voting through the mail.
Council has granted permission for town clerk Jason Reynar to begin preparations for the return of the vote-by-mail process, which will be used during the 2014 Municipal Election.
