Cookstown homes could be hooking up to a long awaited watermain by early 2013, according to Innisfil’s director of infrastructure.
On Wednesday, town council reached an over $6 million development charge pre-payment agreement with a group of Cookstown builders. The deal will pave the way for the construction of the Cookstown trunk watermain expansion, and the first new homes built in the village in over two decades.
