Waste plan ‘not bold,’ says group

MIDHURST — Zero Waste Simcoe has criticized the county’s new plan to keep trash off curbs by only increasing the price of extra bags by a buck.
Sandy Agnew, a director of Zero Waste, said council lacked the resolve to deal with the issue of waste reduction.
