Saturday November 5: Trade Secrets: Douglas Glynn workshop

Douglas Glynn, who has nearly six decades’ of experience in the communcations business as a reporter, editor, teacher and consultant, will do a four-hour workshop on how to get the information the public needs from councils, boards and agencies, and how to report it in a way the public can understand. 

The workshop runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the boardroom of the Midland Public Library, 320 King Street, Midland. Cost: $10 for AWARE members, $25 for non-members. Participants must pre-register by emailing “AWARE Simcoe” <aware.simcoe@gmail.com> by October 30. Bring a packed lunch.
