County’s Warden leading move to bi-weekly garbage collection

Simcoe County Warden Cal Patterson is at the political forefront of proposed changes to the collection of residential waste and recycling by moving or seconding several of the Corporate Services Committee motions which include switching to a bi-weekly pick-up where only one bag would be permitted. Additional bags would each require a $2 tag, beginning in 2013.
