Celebrating our jewel

Last year, Beverly Else won a picnic at Innisfil Beach Park, for her description of a favorite memory of picnicking on the shores of Lake Simcoe. She transformed her prize into the 1st Celebrate Lake Simcoe Festival — persuading groups and organizations interested in the health of the lake to join her in the Park, and share their knowledge and enthusiasm.
