Council calls for phosphorus credit trading program
LSRCA proposal would last for at least three years, if implemented

A phosphorus credit trading program would make local municipalities more accountable for the amount of waste they discharge into the Lake Simcoe watershed, according to Innisfil’s director of infrastructure.
