Angry protesters disrupt Durham incinerator groundbreaking

Ten silver shovels, two huge tents and police everywhere. And behind the barricades at Wednesday’s groundbreaking ceremony for Durham Region’s much-maligned incinerator, almost as many protesters as invited guests.
