ORILLIA — Mayor Angelo Orsi’s election-campaign connection to council’s chosen applicant for the city manager’s position isn’t a conflict of interest, says one expert in municipal law.

ORILLIA — One of Orillia Mayor Angelo Orsi’s campaign advisers in this past fall’s municipal election has been conditionally offered the post of Orillia’s next city manager, sources have told QMI.
