Midland, Penetanguishene to advance with urban node study

Midland and Penetanguishene will continue working together to explore the benefits of being a joint urban node.
The councils of both towns last week endorsed a Joint Urban Node Task Force report that identifies a broad range of services, departments and program areas the towns could collaborate on to their mutual benefit.
