BARRIE – Ready with architectural drawings and tenants, a developer who has invested time and money into the Allandale station land is shocked to hear council may sell it off.
“For reasons that are not clear, the recent motion before council proposes significant changes to that well-thought-out plan, in favour of something undefined, and not in keeping with the original intentions for the site,” said William Moore, managing director of Mandaville Group Inc., who is working with The Correct Group of Companies.
