Scientist eyes Site 41 for water research centre
Tiny Township property could also include nature reserve, agricultural research area

TINY TOWNSHIP – A prominent scientist is proposing a water research and innovation centre for the land once pegged for Simcoe County’s garbage.
William Shotyk told Simcoe County council on Tuesday about his vision for Site 41, the Tiny Township property sitting atop an aquifer that was slated to be a landfill up until a year ago, when the plans were stopped.
