User pay garbage tendering delayed
Only eight years of available landfill capacity remains in County of Simcoe

Simcoe County council has decided to take a second look at a plan to charge residents for each bag of garbage placed at roadside.
Last week, county councillors decided to delay the tendering process, which would have seen residents charge between $1.25 and $3 for each bag of garbage by the middle of next year.
