A report to The Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority’s (NVCA) Board of Directors recommends no changes to the proposed $156,750 review fee charged to the proponents of an industrial subdivision in Alliston.
NVCA Director of Planning, Chris Hibberd’s report, which is included on this Friday’s Board of Directors meeting agenda, deals with a request from Walton Development and Management L.P (WDM) seeking some relief from the fee charged against its application to divide 6857 and 7005 (south side) Industrial Parkway (at Church Street South) into 12 industrial lots of varying sizes, with a storm water management pond, over 62.7 hecatres.
