Town plans to roll out the barrel(s)

You could soon be the envy of your neighbours.
And if you’re one of 180 lucky Midland residents you could be inviting friends over to look down your rain barrel.
Town council will be asked later this month to approve the purchase of 180 rain barrels to distribute at no cost to Midland residents.
