Warden blames media for user pay’s poor reception
Program will force residents to purchase tags for each garbage bag placed at curbside

Negative reaction to the County of Simcoe’s plans to implement a user pay garbage collection system is the product of ‘twisted’ local media coverage, according to warden Cal Patterson.
