User pay: Another step is needed

We like the County of Simcoe’s decision to go to a user-pay garbage system.

For those who are already doing a good job recycling it makes sense. They will no longer have to pay a waste levy for a service they don’t use. That levy is coming off the tax bill in 2012 once the new user-pay system comes in.
