User pay: Manufacturers need to clean up their act

We like the County of Simcoe’s decision to go to a user-pay garbage system.
For those who are already doing a good job recycling it makes sense….
Still, what the pending change by the county won’t address is the massive amount of unnecessary packaging that comes with things we buy.
